What materials do you use in your products?
We primarily use high-density polyethylene (HDPE), low-density polyethylene (LDPE), and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) for our products. We also offer eco-friendly options upon request such as nano-enhanced technology to eliminate micro plastics.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes, we specialize in custom poly bags, tubing and sheeting solutions. We can create products in various sizes, thicknesses, and colors.
Are your products recyclable?
Yes, all of our products are made from polyethylene (PE) and are 100% recyclable which meets the California SB54 Plastic Pollution Prevention and Packaging Producer Responsibility requirements.
Do you offer biodegradable or compostable plastic bags?
We offer product that is a bioremediation technology which breaks down to Zero Micro Plastics. This product allows 100% natural process breakdown when plastics reach its end-of-life status, unlike biodegradable products which only happens under specific conditions.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom orders?
Our minimum order quantity depends on the size and type of product. Typically, the MOQ is around 1 pallet (1000 lbs.), but we can discuss your specific needs.
What are the lead times for production and delivery?
Lead times vary depending on the size of the order and customization needs. Typically, standard orders are fulfilled within 2 weeks, while small size items may take up to 3 weeks. We will provide an estimated timeline when you place your order.
Do you ship internationally?
No, but we do ship nationwide. We can deliver locally on our truck to the Inland Empire, Orange County, Los Angeles and the Valley. If outside of these areas, we can arrange your shipment with a freight carrier. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination and order size.

How do I store plastic bags to maintain their quality?
To maintain the quality of your plastic bags, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high temperatures, as extreme conditions may cause the plastic to degrade.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including ACH, wire transfers and checks. For large orders, we may also offer payment terms based on approval.
